Julia R: Nature
Introduction
In my anthology, my main topic was about Nature. Nature is the phenomena of the physical world collectively, including plants, animals, the landscape, and other features and products of the earth, as opposed to humans or human creations. Nature poems mostly have imagery, metaphors, and personification.
The poet usually describes in depth of what a specific type of Nature he is talking
about. Poet’s help you see in your mind how the place or thing would feel,
taste, hear, see, or smell like. The writers make the readers use their
imagination on dealing with the poems about the five senses. Always, in poems I
see a lot of descriptive words that help form what “Nature” is.

1st Response: God's World
In this poem there is a lot of imagery and personifications.
The poet is telling what God's world is doing and what all the characteristics are. This is a very positive lively poem that describes what Nature is doing. This poem is giving ideas in the reader’s mind of how they look and what they are doing and also how they interact with each other. Also, the writer tries to make you feel like you are in the poem, seeing and feeling what it would be like to be in God's World.
2nd Response: The Noble Nature
At the beginning when you read this poem, you feel very negative and limited, but at the end its about delicate and positive descriptions . This poem uses imagery, as well as personification to give this poem life and even depth to get the reader interested. This poem has a nice smooth rhythm by forming the words together while still describing what he is telling the readers. This is a poem about nature, and it helps describe its nobleness.
3rd Response: The Gladness of Nature
This poem makes the statement to not be sad or gloomy like nature sometimes can be. This writer wants you to feel like Mother Nature is laughing and being happy in the extraordinary world we live in here today. This positive poem speaks through nature by having examples of how it would be like to live. This poem has a lot of imagery that you would find in nature's features.
William Cullen Bryant, the author, wants you to feel like the world is perfect in all of its own ways. He wants you to imagine what it would feel like if you experienced all of these positive examples of nature. The author personifies the elements in nature to make you feel delighted. He makes objects dance, smile, laugh and play, which makes the reader feel like they want to be in that very place. He wants the reader to be in that positive state of lovely Nature in which he describes.
